Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration and Security
Each eligible person may register only one account on taya365ph. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses and phone numbers — is strictly prohibited. If taya365ph identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be closed, pending balances will be reviewed, and any winnings generated through the duplicate account may be forfeited.
Accurate Information
You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering on taya365ph. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya365ph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Taya365ph will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Betting Rules and Market Settlement
All bets placed on taya365ph are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game type selected. General betting rules that apply across all markets are outlined below.
Bet Acceptance
A bet is only considered accepted and valid once taya365ph's system has confirmed the transaction and issued a bet reference number. Bets that are placed but not confirmed — due to connectivity issues, system errors, or other technical problems — are not considered valid. Taya365ph is not liable for bets that fail to be recorded due to circumstances outside of our control.
Odds and Line Changes
Odds displayed on taya365ph are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet — not the odds you may have seen moments earlier when selecting your market. Always review your bet slip before confirming.
Void Bets
Taya365ph reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, event cancellations, postponements beyond the permitted settlement window, or where there is evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of a result before markets were officially closed.
Settlement
Markets are settled based on official results from recognized governing bodies or event organizers. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, taya365ph's decision — made in reference to available official sources — shall be final. Winning amounts are credited to your taya365ph wallet automatically upon settlement.
Bonuses and Promotions
Taya365ph may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that offer.
- Bonuses are only available to eligible registered members of taya365ph and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to accounts that did not qualify under the promotion's eligibility criteria.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific turnover requirement will be stated in each promotion's terms.
- Taya365ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and under active wagering will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
- Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, placing bets that cancel each other out, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on taya365ph. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
- Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit market pricing.
- Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
- Accessing taya365ph from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited under local law.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in bad faith. Taya365ph reserves the right to void any transactions resulting from such exploitation.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other form of financial crime through the taya365ph platform.
- Sharing your account credentials or allowing another person to use your account.
- Posting abusive, threatening, or offensive content through any taya365ph communication channel.

Account Suspension and Closure
Taya365ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions or where we are required to do so under applicable law or regulatory instruction.
In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, taya365ph will communicate the reason for suspension via the registered email address. If the investigation concludes in the account holder's favour, full access will be restored. If violations are confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and remaining balances will be handled in accordance with our legal obligations.
You may also voluntarily close your taya365ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance (net of applicable conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
Privacy and Data Protection
Taya365ph collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using taya365ph, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information as described in that policy.
